Our objectif is to make you feel good, we are actually setting up our shop even small as it is,
everywhere !
Our collection are split and will be send from Portugal for Europe order or for now from India for the other order.
Soon we will back to USA.
Some of our jewelries are single piece and will be send from where ever they are !

What you need to know !
You need to know that we send everything by post office, registered with tracking number and we never have any problem till now. If you wanna send it with different transporter please just connect with us and we will look for it you will need to pay difference between the post office and the company of your choose if need.
For the packaging we tried to be the must eco-friendly we can, sometime we reused some package or recycling... Please let us know if you wanna make something special like a gift, or add some message, we will be happy to make something special for you.
Return and refund
What you need to know !
First we invite you to take all the information's you need before ordering.
Returns are accepted, the return must be made within 6 days of receipt of the package.
Please contact us imperatively before the return to get one of our addresses in Europe or in USA and notify us of the return. You can contact us and get all the information's you will need.
Clothing must not be worn or washed for refund or exchange.
The return costs are your responsibility, and the outward shipping costs are not reimbursed. For an exchange, the shipping costs of the new article will also have to be paid.
If you received free delivery, the costs we incurred for this will be deducted from the refund.
Sale items are not refundable. Only an exchange or a credit note is possible. For hygienic reasons, earrings are not refundable.
Loss of your package, by the carrier, during your return, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returns must be sent by poste office registered with tracking number or private carrier to the address indicated. For Europe, returns sent by Mondial Relay will not be collected and will be returned to you.
❈ For a return from a country outside the EU or USA, no customs fees will be charged and the package will therefore be refused. Unless: You authorize payment before shipping, and the amount paid is deducted from the refund.
Please therefore indicate "return of goods" when making your customs declaration for the return.

Our quality selection
What you need to know !
We are working mostly with natural materials that we select and pre-washed, we love to have maximum organic. We also love to used natural colours, if not we try to dye on our own with natural colour. All our prints are made by hand with wood block carving.
Our jewelries are made by our hands, we select the crystals, beads,....and love to take special orders.
Our clothes can easily be washed in the washing machine at 30°.
Some clothes maybe need to be wash by hand or gentle wash.
For the first wash, please wash with similar colors.
FOR CLOTHES WITH COLOUR DON'T DRY IN FULL SUN, OR IN DIRECT SUN TO AVOID ANY DYE FADE !
Avoid the dryer if you can !
